GEN AI Developer

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Perform prompt engineering and optimise prompts for enterprise-scale use cases.
• Develop AI-driven applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including security, governance, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
• Support model evaluation, tuning, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
• Document solution architecture, workflows, and operational guidelines.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar.
• Experience in prompt engineering and model integration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• API integration and microservices architecture knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent Gen AI platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps or AI model life cycle management.
• Experience working in BFSI or regulated enterprise environments.
