Industrial Automation Support Engineer (MES/MOM)

Key experience:

• Experience with MES/MOM technology.
• Aveva/Wonderware Intouch with PLC, SCADA, HMI knowledge
• Machine Integration added advantage
• Good understanding of COTS Manufacturing IT applications
• Integration of Factory Automation layer with MES
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Knowledge of Machine Integration through OPC and various interfacing protocols.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, sensors and IIOT devices, Aveva Wonderware intouch.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is good to have
• Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and business stakeholders for their particular area
• Tracks and report progress to stakeholders
• Working experience in ServiceNow and knowledge on Incident, Problem, Change, SLM and Knowledge Management processes
