Job Summary

We are looking for a Netskope Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, implement, and support cloud security and SASE solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Netskope CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and DLP, and will work closely with security, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure access to cloud applications and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for Netskope solutions, providing design, deployment, and operational support.

• Implement and manage Netskope CASB, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), ZTNA, and DLP policies.

• Integrate Netskope with identity providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, LDAP) and enterprise security tools.

• Monitor security events, analyze alerts, and support incident response and troubleshooting.

• Define and optimize security policies for cloud apps (SaaS), web traffic, and remote users.

• Support SASE architecture and Zero Trust initiatives.

• Collaborate with network, SOC, endpoint, and cloud teams to ensure end-to-end security coverage.

• Perform upgrades, configuration changes, and health checks for Netskope environments.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a Netskope Administrator/Engineer/SME.

• In-depth knowledge of Netskope CASB, SWG, ZTNA, DLP, and cloud app security.

• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, VPN, SSL/TLS).

• Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD/Okta/SSO/MFA).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SaaS applications (O365, Salesforce, etc.).

• Familiarity with Zero Trust and SASE architectures.

• Experience working with security logs, alerts, and incident investigations
