SAP Project Systems (PS) Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Functional Consultant to join a global transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems, project costing, budgeting, billing, and cross-functional integration with Finance and Sales modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure SAP Project Systems (PS) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and support project structures, WBS, budgeting, costing, and settlement.
• Configure project billing and revenue recognition processes.
• Work with SAP FI/CO and SD teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development activities.
• Execute functional testing and support UAT.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the project life cycle.

Required Skills

• SAP Project Systems (PS) Functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Revenue Recognition
  • Project Billing
• Experience integrating SAP PS with SAP FI/CO and SAP SD.
• Experience preparing Functional Specifications and Test Scenarios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) or SAP EPPM.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Experience in Professional Services or Consulting industry.
