Sales Administrator
Sales Administrator, Salary: £27k + company bonus + Excellent benefits and career development opportunities, Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the Basingstoke office with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work for a Leading and growing IT solutions provider within their sales support and order management team. This role is responsible for managing and processing a high volume of customer orders accurately through to delivery. Full training and onboarding provided.
Candidate requirements:
- Good IT and administrative skills with the ability to use multiple systems
- Experience in a similar role E.G. Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills when dealing with customers and internal teams
- Experience of using an ERP system (SAP would be highly advantageous).
Sales Administrator - The role:
- Receipt of customer PO’s, verify all information is present, correct errors with stakeholders and ensure relevant margins are met
- Processing a high volume of orders to a 98% minimum accuracy
- Part code creation using internal PO system
- Checking inventory to determine availability of requested products/services
- Raising purchase requisitions and/or advising stakeholders to purchase stock
- Raising internal RMA/Credits on customer accounts and associated procedures
- Creation of customer quotations using internal system on request, ensuring competitive pricing and lead times. Management of your quotes to ensure they are updated with correct status.
- Raising manual invoices and recording against the relevant sales orders.
- Timely response to emails from a department inbox & resolution of queries within SLA’s.
