What you’ll be doing
Working within the Digital team, you’ll be involved in a mix of data research, marketing operations, and CRM-focused work, including:
Marketing & Sales Operations
- Research and build high-quality data on companies and contacts to support business priorities
- Use online tools to gather and enrich information
- Support data quality checks, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Work with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and pipeline tracking
CRM & Data
- Support the day-to-day running and development of our CRM system (Dynamics 365)
- Maintain accurate and well-structured data
- Assist with system improvements, workflows, and automation
- Provide first-line support to users
AI & Innovation
- Get exposure to emerging AI tools and technologies
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency and lead generation through data and automation
What you’ll gain

What we’re looking for
- An interest in data research, marketing operations, or business systems

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Business A-level (or similar) is helpful but not essential
