About Smoke Free
Smoke Free is a UK-based health tech company with a simple mission: to help people quit smoking for good.
Over 9 million smokers have used our app to stop, supported by behavioural science, data-driven tools and evidence-based methods.
We've been profitable for over a decade, have just launched in Germany with DiGA approval and are now scaling up across both markets.
We're looking for a creative and organised Partnerships Marketing Executive to help us build the systems and content that keep our growing network of NHS and local authority partners informed, equipped, and engaged.
The Role
This is a hands-on content and communications role sitting at the heart of our partner marketing function.
We work with over 100+ NHS and local authority partners across the UK. Right now, most support is delivered reactively - partners come to us with requests and our Marketing Manager handles everything directly. We need to change that.
You'll help build a scalable, self-serve partner marketing system: a Partner Hub where partners can find and download what they need, a regular newsletter-style communication that goes out at scale and a growing library of digital and print assets that make it easy for partners to promote Smoke Free in their area.
This is an infrastructure-building role first and a content-production role second. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and a freelance designer to bring it all to life.
What You'll Do
- Project manage the design and development of the Partner Hub - a central, self-serve landing page where partners can access all materials and updates
- Create partner-facing content, including educational videos and guides, print-ready promotional assets, social templates and toolkits etc
- Write clear, effective copy for partners, healthcare professionals and end users - including behaviour-change-led messaging
- Set up and manage partner communications in HubSpot - building the CRM contact base, designing email templates and running a regular newsletter-style update covering resources, product news and relevant content
- Work with a freelance designer to produce high-quality digital and print assets, briefing them clearly, managing feedback from key stakeholders within the business and obtaining clinical sign-off
- Use Canva to create and adapt assets from templates, handling straightforward work without always going back to the designer
- Update and maintain the Partner Hub - adding new content, PDFs and keeping information current
- Gather input from internal teams to ensure all content is accurate, useful and properly reflects the product
- Track what's working - engagement, downloads, feedback - and improve content over time
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- Experience in a marketing or content role, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or agency environment
- A passionate copywriter who is always looking to improve - through data, research, and insight - and who understands what makes people act
- Experience working with a designer: able to write a clear brief, give feedback and understand what good looks like
- Comfortable using Canva and confident adapting templates without needing designer support every time
- Familiar with HubSpot or a similar CRM/email platform and able to manage a contact database and send communications
- Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS - able to update pages, add content and manage a basic landing page
- Interested in behaviour change and writing copy that drives action
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple content workstreams without close supervision
- A genuine interest in health technology and helping people make positive changes
- Proactive and resourceful - finds solutions independently, embraces new tools and is hungry to learn without always needing to be shown the way
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in healthtech or public sector health (local authority / NHS)
- Understanding of print production - formats, specs and what works in primary care settings
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate content output and quality
What We Offer
- A meaningful role contributing to improved public health outcomes across the UK
- The opportunity to build something from the ground up - systems, content and communications that didn't exist before
- A supportive, collaborative and flexible working culture
- Remote-first working with flexible hours and regular team connection
