Job Description: Enterprise Account Executive, NEURO (Remote, UK-based)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join my clients scaling European sales team. This is a remote, UK-based role with a specific focus on selling cloud based Enterprise ERP software solutions to large organisations within the UK, Nordics and Benelux region (core focus). As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by cultivating relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and selling my clients cutting-edge software and transformative project based ERP cloud services to high-profile Enterprise clients across a multitude of vertical markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise software sales, be fluent in Dutch (mother tongue) and/or Flemish, and have experience working in or with clients in the Benelux market in particular as this is a key region for growth. You will work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions, close high-value €MM ACV deals, and drive long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed sales quotas in the region, targeting large enterprises and building them into strategic accounts long term.
  • Executive both net new acquisition and account development (50/50 split)
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Identify and engage with new leads and prospects within the region through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts. Qualify leads effectively to ensure alignment with enterprise solutions. (There is dedicated BDR & marketing support to leverage in this regard)
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at C-suite and senior exec levels, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges and requirements.
  • Solution Selling:
  • Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and present enterprise software products in a way that drives customer interest and engagement.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead complex sales negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure favourable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Partner with Customer Success, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful long-term relationships with clients.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive ERP landscape, ERP industry trends, and emerging technologies within the European and Benelux regions to position the company as a market leading integrator, platform and solutions provider.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5/8 years in a B2B enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ideal if you also have ERP or related software experience (SCM/CRM/PLM/HCM etc)
  • Strong experience in selling Enterprise software solutions to large organisations in the Benelux region.
  • Able to execute complex £/€MM ACV deals, dealing up to the C-Suite
  • Worked in a scale-up/start-up environment at some point in your career
  • Have a stable work history
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and/or Flemish, with excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) in these languages, along with fluent English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, with a focus on SaaS (Software as a Service) and cloud-based solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Expertise in managing long sales cycles, complex negotiations, and working with cross-functional teams along with any recognised methodologies.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong familiarity with the business culture and market dynamics of the Benelux region, with the ability to adapt your approach to different client needs and expectations.
  • A dynamic and entrepreneurial attitude with great energy, creativity and are inquisitive by nature!
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools to manage your pipeline and drive productivity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred, but not essential).
