OneStream Project Manager
The Role
As a OneStream Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of OneStream projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, balancing strong project governance with a hands-on understanding of OneStream solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage OneStream implementation and optimisation projects from initiation to go-live
- Own project planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and reporting
- Act as the main client interface, building trusted relationships with senior finance and IT stakeholders
- Coordinate functional and technical OneStream consultants across multiple workstreams
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodology and best practices
- Manage scope, change requests, and dependencies effectively
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimating, and proposal input
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards and processes
Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing OneStream implementation projects within a consultancy environment, or delivering implementations of other EPM platforms such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or SAP BPC
- Strong understanding of OneStream solutions (e.g. Financial Consolidation, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting)
- Solid project management background (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consultancy setting
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project financials
- Professional project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable but not essential
