We’re looking for an Analytics Manager to join a high-performing Advanced Analytics team focused on turning consumer data into clear, actionable insight that shapes commercial and strategic decisions.
You’ll lead end-to-end analytics projects across multiple consumer products and services, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions using advanced analytics, data science, and compelling storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects across TV, streaming, connectivity, and loyalty products
- Use advanced analytical techniques to uncover behavioural insights and commercial opportunities
- Write high-quality, complex SQL to analyse large-scale customer and transactional datasets
- Translate complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives with strong commercial recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders from problem definition through to delivery, shaping the right analytical approach
- Apply and grow advanced analytics and AI-enabled methods (e.g. causal inference, predictive modelling)
- Mentor others, share best practices, and help elevate analytics capability across the team
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience using analytics to influence strategic or commercial decisions
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with experience influencing up to senior leadership level
- Advanced SQL expertise and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics techniques; R and/or Python experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver complex analytics projects end-to-end
- A curious, commercially minded approach with the confidence to challenge assumptions and add value
