An exciting opportunity is available for a Product Owner – Assets to play a key role in shaping and delivering digital asset management (DAM) capabilities within a complex, fast-moving media and technology environment. This role sits within a forward-thinking Marketing Technology function, focused on enabling creative excellence, operational efficiency, and scalable martech solutions.

The Role

As Product Owner, you will support the product vision and roadmap for creative and asset management technologies, ensuring the business can efficiently create, manage, and activate content across channels.

You will work closely with senior product leadership, delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear product outcomes and drive adoption of DAM tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the product vision and backlog for creative and digital asset management capabilities
  • Own and govern the operating model for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including workflows, controls, and usage standards
  • Define and maintain a delivery roadmap covering features, releases, and integrations across the wider technology ecosystem
  • Enable business adoption through ideation workshops, user story creation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Advise on DAM best practices including metadata, tagging, rights management, and retention policies
  • Participate in quarterly planning and support agile delivery teams during sprint planning
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure tooling remains best-in-class
  • Ensure asset management technologies comply with internal policies, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Support broader marketing technology initiatives and strategy execution

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Assets or similar DAM platforms, including integration with wider martech stacks
  • Experience with dynamic creative optimisation platforms (e.g. Innovid / Flashtalking) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with iPaaS solutions such as Adobe Fusion or similar, with a focus on automation and workflow optimisation
  • Strong background in product ownership within complex, enterprise-scale organisations
  • Experience working in agile environments; SAFe framework exposure is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence operating in matrixed teams
  • A genuine passion for media, technology, and digital innovation
