Role Overview
This role sits at the heart of campaign and marketing technology, owning the vision, roadmap, and delivery of campaign management platforms across a large-scale digital ecosystem. You will lead the evolution of Adobe Campaign and owned communications tools, enabling effective, compliant, and scalable customer communications across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and backlog for Adobe Campaign and the owned communications stack
- Maintain and deliver a roadmap covering features, releases, and integrations across the wider technology ecosystem
- Act as system administrator for Adobe Campaign and campaign tooling
- Govern campaign management usage, defining operating models, controls, and workflows
- Drive business adoption through ideation workshops, user story creation, and best-practice guidance
- Support quarterly planning, experimentation, and sprint planning with delivery teams
- Lead vendor partnerships to ensure campaign tooling remains best-in-class
- Ensure campaign execution adheres to compliance, security, and policy requirements
- Support senior MarTech leadership in executing broader marketing technology strategy
What You’ll Bring
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (certification preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Campaign v7; experience with AJO and Campaign v8 advantageous
- Proven experience managing complex digital campaigns and platform migrations
- Background in product ownership within a large, fast-paced organisation
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions
- Exposure to wider MarTech capabilities such as analytics, CDP, consent management, personalisation, or digital marketing platforms
