Senior Group Product Manager
Senior Group Product Manager – Logistics & Platform
Industry: Technology / E-commerce / Logistics
Location: London, Berlin or Amsterdam
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote
About the Role
A global technology and e-commerce organisation is looking for a Senior Group Product Manager to lead its Logistics Services domain — a critical area of its logistics platform supporting how delivery networks connect, operate and scale.
The role spans three key areas: Delivery as a Service (DaaS), Integrations and Tooling.
DaaS enables external partners to leverage an established logistics network through a white-labelled delivery platform. The Integrations function governs the systems and processes that move orders between upstream ordering platforms, logistics systems and downstream delivery partners. Tooling focuses on providing internal and external operators with the capabilities needed to manage, configure and respond to real-time network events, including emerging AI and agentic technologies.
This is a senior product leadership position combining platform reliability, operational excellence and future growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across DaaS, Integrations and Tooling, ensuring each area delivers both operational reliability and strategic growth.
- Lead the development of a scalable, commercially compelling white-labelled delivery platform for external partners.
- Own the Integrations domain, defining standards, processes and architecture governing how orders move into and out of logistics systems.
- Drive the Tooling roadmap, developing capabilities for courier agents, external fleet operators and logistics teams.
- Explore and shape the next generation of AI and agentic tooling to enable logistics networks to respond more intelligently to real-time events.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, operations and commercial teams to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, providing clear direction and maintaining high product standards.
- Develop a strategic perspective on emerging AI and agentic capabilities and communicate this effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Act as the product domain expert across the wider organisation, influencing decisions around platform architecture, integration standards, tooling and external partnerships.
- Balance foundational platform reliability with innovation and new growth opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Significant product management experience, including leadership across multiple product teams or a complex multi-domain product area.
- Proven experience working with platform, infrastructure or technology-enabled products, balancing reliability, developer experience and innovation.
- Experience with B2B products, e-commerce platforms or integration products is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, strategic and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across engineering, commercial and operational functions at senior level.
- A strong track record of delivering products that combine reliable foundations with new commercial or growth capabilities.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing Product Managers.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to make clear product decisions in complex environments.
- Interest in AI, automation and emerging agentic technologies and their application to operational products.
