Our client is looking for a highly experienced Lead Product Designer to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of world‐class digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of product designers to deliver innovative, intuitive, and research‐driven experiences.
- Own the strategic direction of the organization's design system, ensuring strong governance, scalability, and alignment with business and product goals.
- Partner with engineering, product, research, and analytics to maintain consistency, usability, and performance across all platforms.
- Oversee system foundations including architecture, tokens, documentation standards, and design‐engineering alignment, leveraging AI and Design Ops to streamline workflows.
- Champion inclusive design and ensure all system components meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
- Define the end-to-end experience vision, develop CX KPIs, and connect design system adoption to measurable business impact.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience leading the delivery of large‐scale digital products and enterprise design systems across responsive and native applications.
- Deep expertise in component libraries, token frameworks, and scalable prototyping.
- Strong accessibility knowledge and proficiency with user research and analytics tools (e.g., Usertesting, Adobe Analytics).
- Proven partnership experience with engineering teams on component implementation, governance workflows, and code‐aligned system development.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, stakeholder influence, and resilience in fast‐moving environments.
