  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer and candidate base in the assigned geographical area/s
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the sales strategy
