Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically in complex care and learning disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Experience in managing and developing a sales team Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area/s Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer and candidate base in the assigned geographical area/s Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the sales strategy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services to clients Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a strong market presence Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities to team members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
