Senior Analyst - Coupa

We’re seeking a Coupa Expert to drive impactful P2P solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the leading authority on the functional and technical deployment of Coupa for clients.
• Handle all aspects of technical and functional design, configuration, and deployment of the platform into client environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Contribute to the end-to-end client lifecycle, from initial proposals through implementation, project management, and platform embedding.
• Bring expertise in all implementation components, including Coupa configuration, setup, and supplier enablement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing and implementing Coupa solutions.
• Deep deployment experience in Coupa modules of Procurement, Invoicing, SIM, InvoiceSmash is required.
• Deployment experience in Coupa modules of Sourcing, CLMS/A, RPMA/S, Analytics, AI Classification is also welcomed.
• Expertise in guiding or leading supplier enablement, including catalogues, buying channels, invoicing channels, e-invoicing regulations, and models such as PEPPOL and Country Clearance.
• Integration architecture expertise in REST, webhooks, cXML, PunchOut, and file-based patterns.
• Practical knowledge of integration practices with ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and Business Central), Workday, Infor, and middleware environments.
