This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on engaging potential clients, communicating the value of the company’s automation solutions, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, developing and executing sales strategies, and supporting training sessions for new customers on implementing solutions. The role also involves building strong client relationships and contributing to sales management activities.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and build trust
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to strategize and drive business growth
- Capability to assist in Training sessions and guide clients on implementing solutions successfully
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently, demonstrating initiative in a dynamic work environment
