IntroductionAs a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
Working within a cross-functional Agile squad, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, designing functional solutions and supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 capabilities across key customer and operational journeys. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionality and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable platform-based solutions.
