Support Multinational Growth
As Multinational Programmes & Delivery Lead, you will:
  • Lead global expansion initiatives, designing market entry models, governance structures and operational plans for new international regions
  • Drive large, cross-border programmes, creating the structures needed for successful delivery and stabilising initiatives that lose clarity or momentum.
  • Set up new country operations, ensuring full legal, tax, regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and establishing sustainable operational foundations.
  • Align and connect global teams, managing cross-border workflows, dependencies and processes to ensure consistent and coordinated execution.
  • Oversee the multinational delivery portfolio, providing integrated reporting, governance and visibility across regions, and maintaining strong relationships with global teams and partners.
  • Support future international growth, evaluating new region feasibility, strengthening existing international operations, and advising leadership with clear insights, options and recommendations.
We'd love you to have
  • Proven leadership of large, multi-country transformation programmes, covering commercial enablement, operational scaling, regulatory alignment, technology rollouts and cross-functional integration.
  • Extensive international experience, with the ability to operate across regions, build trusted relationships and lead delivery effectively across different cultures and markets.
  • Hands-on experience establishing new international entities, including legal structures, tax and financial governance, HR frameworks and end-to-end systems enablement.
  • Strong capability in designing and executing multinational delivery frameworks, aligning all corporate functions behind a consistent, scalable model for global growth.
  • Track record of stabilising or recovering complex programmes, restoring clarity, governance, pace and accountability.
  • Experience scaling operations and shaping future international expansion, assessing new market feasibility and managing third-party ecosystems to ensure delivery assurance and commercial optimisation.
