Senior People Business Partner

- Can be considered as a full time or part time position (4 days per week)
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategy and driving business performance.
- Create and deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities and Softcat's culture.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and diversity initiatives to build high-performing teams.
- Manage complex projects, change initiatives, and employee relations while coaching and developing others.
- Full line management responsibility for a People Advisor, alongside day-to-day mentoring & coaching of other team members.
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner supporting C-Suite and Director-level stakeholders within a sales or commercial environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities and ambiguity.
- Ability to think and act strategically while also being happy to roll your sleeves up and deal with operational matters as required.
- Experience of working closely with centres of excellence in a business partnering model.
- CIPD-qualified with excellent communication, change management, and complex employee relations experience.
- Willing and able to travel to other Softcat offices as and when required.
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
- We are able to consider this role as a full time or part time position (*4 days per week, must be able to work Wednesday & Fridays)
