Director, UI/UX Design — AI & Digital TransformationLocation: Westlake, TXRole SummaryThe Director of UI/UX Design is a strategic design leader responsible for driving end-to-end experience transformation across Solera's digital products. This role leads the evolution of user experience by embedding AI-driven design, automation, and data-informed decisioning into product development.
You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and intelligent user experiences that improve customer outcomes and accelerate platform modernization.
