Position: Implementation Lead – Healthcare Software
Suitable for: Implementation Lead, Project Manager, Software Implementation Specialist, Delivery Manager with 5 years' experience ideally with in a HealthTech Start-Up
Location: London (King's Cross) – 5 days per week. On-site Mon–Thurs, Friday WFH + client travel when required. Some paid weekend work during implementation go-live
Salary: 80k – 100k DOE
Sponsorship: Currently not availableAbout the RoleOur client is seeking a highly capable Implementation Lead to deliver customer software installations and onboarding programmes within a HealthTech Start‐Up transitioning into Scale‐Up mode.

This role is specifically suited to someone who has grown within a HealthTech start-up, is used to operating without heavy structure, and is comfortable building, adapting and improving processes as the company scales.

You will lead implementations from discovery through go‐live, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful, high‐quality deployments. This is a hands‐on role in a fast‐paced, mission‐driven environment, where the work directly contributes to better healthcare outcomes.

Skills and Experience5+ years' experience in software implementation, technical delivery or project deliveryProven experience delivering software installations within HealthTech start‐upsExperience supporting organisations moving from Start‐Up into Scale‐Up, where processes are evolving rather than fixedComfortable working in non‐structured, ambiguous environments with changing prioritiesAble to operate confidently in a high‐velocity, fast‐paced settingStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility quicklyExcellent communication, facilitation and documentation skillsA critical thinker with strong problem‐solving capabilities and sound judgementHighly motivated, proactive and resilientRole and ResponsibilitiesAs the Implementation Lead, you will: Own the end‐to‐end implementation lifecycle for new customersScope, plan and deliver software installations and onboarding programmesWork closely with Product, Engineering and Customer teams to unblock issues quicklyOversee configuration, data migration and validation activitiesEnsure data quality, integrity and clinical safety throughout implementationsCommunicate clearly with customers in complex and evolving situationsIdentify risks early and adapt plans pragmatically as circumstances changeContribute to building and continuously improving implementation processes and playbooksAct as a trusted partner to customers through change and adoptionValues and MindsetWe are looking for someone who is: Deeply motivated by the power of HealthTech and its ability to improve livesMission‐driven, with genuine belief in what the product is trying to achieveEnergised by pace, growth and ownershipComfortable making decisions with incomplete informationNaturally curious, analytical and solutions‐focusedTo apply: Please follow the online application process and upload your CV.Please note: You must be eligible to work in the UK for your application to be considered.
