What You'll Be Doing

As part of our dynamic IT team, you'll provide onsite and remote technical support to internal colleagues and external clients using our software Evolve. Your mission: resolve complex incidents and service requests quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.

You'll also:

• Support and guide 1st Line IT Engineers to help them succeed.
• Prioritise tickets and allocate time to meet critical needs.
• Travel to various UK locations, optimising your schedule to keep our systems running seamlessly.

How You'll Do It

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across multiple areas.
• Install, configure, and support IT systems.
• Collaborate with the team and escalate issues when needed.
• Report risks and cyber incidents to IT leadership.
• Follow internal documentation for consistency and compliance.
• Provide detailed insights into user requests and system performance.
