At Solutions30 we aim to provide all of that and more, and as we continue to expand our service offering to customers throughout the UK, we are seeking a Fibre or EV focused Project Coordinator to join our team!
As our Project Coordinator, you will work in our Watford office (Hybrid working ideally 3 days in office, 2 at home) collaborating between our Fibre Delivery teams and our EV Project teams to help manage the end-to-end process from reviewing and tracking survey requests, to updating project trackers in line with customer and job requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the full cycle of A55 and A55b jobs—from submission through to completion.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g., build managers, permitting team, commercial team) to gather required information and organise jobs based on priority, funding status, and permit availability, updating project tracking tools when necessary.
- Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion, resolving any issues that may delay execution.
- Escalate risks, delays, or data gaps proactively and collaborate with managers for resolutions.
- Maintain fluidity and transparency throughout the job lifecycle using trackers, MAPALL, IS Tools, CEMAR and SharePoint.
- Follow up with contractors and internal teams to confirm whereabouts before job execution and update trackers accordingly.
- Attend client calls when needed to resolve issues with access or job submissions.
What you’ll need to do it:
- Demonstrable Project co-ordination experience within Telecoms from a Fibre infrastructure or EV background.
- Experience with A55 and A55b process/requests.
- MAPALL and CEMAR tools experience.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain this when working to deadlines.
- Effective communication and influencing skills with a customer centric approach.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple live jobs, ensuring timelines are met.

Location: Watford (WD18 8YA) 3 days a week, work from home 2 days a week.
