We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to support a large-scale HR Transformation programme within the public sector.

This is a long-term assignment where you will act as a bridge between business requirements and solution architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable Oracle HCM solutions.

Role Overview

Location: UK (Remote)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment)

• Translate business requirements into solution architecture and technical specifications

• Support HR transformation initiatives and roadmap planning

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams

• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions

• Contribute to long-term delivery and system improvements

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, or Recruitment)

• Experience in solution architecture within Oracle ecosystems

• Experience working on large-scale HR transformation programs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working in public sector environments

• Experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms

• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with integrated Payroll and Finance modules
