Job Title: Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Sr. FDE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Sr. FDE) to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered solutions within enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and applied AI, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, production-grade agentic applications.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

Core Engineering:

• Languages: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and Python. (Experience with Go or Rust is a plus).
• Systems Design: Strong background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and stateful application design.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deep expertise in Azure (Azure AI Foundry, App Services, Container Apps, VNet peering) and/or AWS (Bedrock, ECS, Lambda).

Applied AI & Agentic Architectures:

• Frontier Models: Extensive experience building with OpenAI APIs (GPT-4o, GPT-5.x) or Anthropic APIs (Claude 3.5 Sonnet/Opus).
• Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience building custom agentic swarms, executing tool-use/function-calling, and implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Context & Data: Deep knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, CosmosDB Vector, Qdrant), advanced RAG architectures, chunking strategies, and embedding models.
• Evaluation & Evals: Experience building deterministic guardrails, programmatic evals, and CI/CD pipelines for non-deterministic model outputs.

Enterprise Integration:

• Auth & Security: Proficiency in OAuth 2.0, SAML, Entra ID (Azure AD), and implementing RBAC for LLM tool execution.
• Microsoft Low-Code Ecosystem: Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and MSPP (Microsoft Power Platform) for rapid low-code agent orchestration and Power Automate (MS Flow) based system, platform, and data integrations.
• Legacy Systems: Experience interfacing with enterprise ERPs, CRMs, and APIs (Microsoft Graph API, Teams Bot Framework).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), Implementation Engineer, or high-level Technical Solutions Architect at a top-tier tech company or elite consulting firm.
• Demonstrated history of navigating complex enterprise procurement, legal, and InfoSec review boards.
• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or published research in applied machine learning.
