Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their busy, reputable, super modern business.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00.

This is an office based role where you will be assisting the customer service team and management with administration duties including: processes refunds, ensuring all communication with customers is on brand and updating customer and order details.

As well as generic administration support you will be working closely with the projects and IT team to implement new systems, automation and processes to improve efficiency.

The perfect candidate:

• Computer literacy- experience using CRM systems and Microsoft packages
• Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail
• Somebody that can think outside of the box!
• Have strong fluent English both written and verbal
