Key Responsibilities
About You
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in improving business processes, systems and technology solutions.
You'll act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented and translated into practical solutions. You'll be involved in analysing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the successful delivery of projects and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and define clear requirements.
- Produce requirements documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support the delivery and refinement of business systems and technology solutions.
- Help ensure the ERP system remains effective and aligned with business requirements.
- Support projects from definition through to delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers where required.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques.
- Experience writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience refining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.
- Previous experience within FMCG would be advantageous.
