£30k-£40k DOE + Package + Laptop & Phone

Our client an MSP who offers BAU and in-depth infrastructure support to a varied workforce of users, are looking to hire two additional 2nd Line Engineers due to additional growth within the business. They require a technical professional that has supported via a ticketing system and is able to/experienced within the below.

• Experience within an MSP environment
• Handled multiple tickets acted as point of escalation
• Supported – O365, AD & Windows 7-10
• Any experience with CCTV/LAN/WAN/VOIP ETC
• SharePoint experience
