- M365 productivity apps including:
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings, OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clipchamp, To Do, Planner, Project, M365 Copilot
- Additional desired skills:
- Experience with M365 back-up and recovery
Technical Experience
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.
- Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments.
Role Requirements
- Fluent English oral and written communication.
- Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
- Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.
- The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
