Business Development Manager (TBS)

The Business Development Manager will be pivotal to driving the commercial success of TBS, delivering sustainable revenue growth for the AI enabled Business Process Services. The role holder will focus on building and converting a high-value pipeline across both private and/or public sector clients, through a proactive and results-led business development strategy.

The role holder will develop integrated client solutions for complex business process needs incorporating design, transformation, automation, data, AI and technology, ensuring early value delivery. Proactively developing multiple external relationships will be key including client leadership, technology vendors, strategic partnerships and alliances, along side the internal sector Business Functions and Solution Practices.

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager with a proven track record of consultative, solution led sales and client wins, who can drive the growth of Sopra Steria’s future Business Process Services and realise the potential of their new AI native platform in achieving transformative solutions for customers.

  • A proven track record of solution sales and business development is essential, ideally within technology enabled business process solutions.
  • Industry Sector expertise is desirable, with Financial Services, Utilities and Public Sector being of particular interest.
  • Able to shape and drive business process solutions, that provide sustained value for customers and deep penetration across multiple sectors.
