Growth Director (TBS)

The Growth Director will lead the end-to-end growth agenda for TBS and it’s sale of AI enabled Business Process Services, owning the P&L and driving sustainable revenue, margin and EBIT performance. The role holder will focus on building and converting a high-value pipeline across both private and public sectors, through a proactive business development strategy and leadership of a high performing business development function.

Key will be the development of integrated client solutions for complex business process needs incorporating design, transformation, automation, data, AI and technology, ensuring early value delivery. The Growth Director will successfully lead and partner across a complex stakeholder landscape which will include client leadership, technology vendors, strategic partnerships and alliances, alongside the internal sector Business Functions and Solution Practices.

We are looking for an exceptional growth leader and innovator to drive the future of Business Process Services and realise the potential of the new AI native platform to achieve transformative solutions for customers.

  • A proven track record of success in business development is essential, ideally within technology enabled business process solutions to both the private and public sectors.
  • Able to shape business process solutions, that provide sustained value for customers and deep penetration across multiple sectors.
  • A hands on approach to business development is essential along with the ability and interest to developing a high performing and customer centric team, providing them the platform and landscape for success.
  • Balanced approach to Growth leadership that combines commercial activities including relationship development, new business, account management, solution sales, partner development, market engagement, bid and contract management.
