Sales Lead

This Sales Lead role is Hybrid Flexible with a requirement to be in our London office approximately twice a month.

What you'll be doing:

  • Contribute to the execution of the sector strategy by identifying and progressing opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with discipline and integrity from prospecting to closing using our established methodology.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, working collaboratively across teams and disciplines to meet shared goals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and submissions.
  • Share market insights and competitive strategies to help shape our approach and strengthen our sector position.
  • Champion quality and risk awareness in all activities, while continuously developing your understanding of our services and client value.

To meet the agreed targets for order values according to the timescales set.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated success driving growth in high-performing sales teams, ideally within cloud, SaaS, or managed services environments.
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals while supporting long-term client relationships.
  • Resilient and energetic, with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering results.
  • Confident navigating sales governance processes with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Skilled communicator who puts client value at the heart of every conversation.
  • Experience in Sales Management or Business Development within the Public Sector IT space (typically 5+ years).

It would be great if you had:

  • Knowledge of selling cloud and SaaS services

Salary: £70k - £80k plus quarterly bonus
