Senior SharePoint Developer

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing SharePoint team, to work on a highly secure digital solutions for critical UK government and defence clients. You’ll be working on next-generation cloud and collaboration platforms, including secure SharePoint services that support mission-critical operations, drive efficient workflows, and uphold stringent security standards in classified environments.

What you'll be doing:
- Support, maintain, and optimise SharePoint solutions, including creating sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
- Develop custom forms, templates, and applications using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Manage SharePoint security and access controls, including fine-grained permissions, and maintain compliance with governance standards.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recover services during planned or unplanned outages.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and teams to ensure solutions meet business and user requirements.
- Produce software component designs, specifications, and maintain patching, updates, and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premise).
- Solid understanding of SharePoint administration, lists, libraries, workflows, and basic custom development.
- Familiarity with SPFx, REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph is desirable but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of security, permissions, and governance in SharePoint.
- Understanding of document management, metadata, and collaborative workflows.
- Comfortable working in a team, following Agile practices, and learning new technologies.
