ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant

As a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in defining, delivering, and supporting ServiceNow solutions for medium to large-scale assignments. You’ll lead strategic engagements, craft tailored proposals, and embed ServiceNow into broader customer transformation strategies.

While the majority of your time will be spent working from home, there would be ad-hoc travel to our office in London as well as various client sites.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the definition and execution of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
  • Drive ServiceNow campaigns and integrate them into wider customer strategies to support long-term growth.
  • Engage with senior collaborators (CxO/Director level) to understand challenges and provide advice on ServiceNow transformation.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps, governance models, and enablement plans for successful ServiceNow adoption.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including subcontractor and partner coordination.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and Sopra Steria’s standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring appropriate reporting and mitigation.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Solutions Architect or Solution Leader with a strong background in ServiceNow implementations (IT & Customer Workflow) and relevant certification; CIS (ITSM/CSM and or HRSD/ Now Assist for ITSM/CSM and or HRSD) CSA Sales and Pre-sales (ITSM/CSM/SOM/FSM/ITOM/ITAM)
  • Proven leadership and consulting capabilities in large, complex projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales enablement abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and at ease working independently or collaboratively with others.
  • Familiarity with Open Source software.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills under pressure.

Salary: up to £75,000
