ServiceNow Senior Solutions Architect

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary ServiceNow CTA-certified Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic UK ServiceNow Practice. While the majority of your time will be spent working from home, this role is hybrid and there would be travel ad-hoc to our head office in Hemel Hempstead as well as various Sopra Steria and client sites.
What you'll be doing:
- Shape Platform Strategy: Define enterprise-wide adoption strategies aligned with business objectives and architectural principles.
- Lead Solution Design: Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Exploit Emerging Tech: Harness Generative AI, automation, and machine learning to deliver transformative outcomes.
- Architect for Scale: Design robust solutions for enterprise-scale environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Drive Best Practice: Establish and promote ServiceNow standards to streamline delivery and enhance quality.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Guide senior developers and project teams to ensure technical excellence and strategic alignment.
- Support Pre-Sales: Develop compelling solution propositions and present them confidently to prospective clients.
- Evangelise the Platform: Champion ServiceNow’s capabilities internally and externally, showcasing its value.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Architect solutions that meet stringent regulatory and security requirements.
What you’ll bring:
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA). Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM).
- ServiceNow implementation experience, including solution design and leadership in large-scale or secure environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into innovative ServiceNow solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and how platforms interact to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.
- Experience designing and delivering solutions that scale effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
