Sales Development Representative
Sota is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our sales pipeline by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships across both existing low‐spend clients and new potential customers.
What You’ll Do
- Research, identify, and reach out to new prospects via calls, email, and social channels.
- Qualify leads based on need, fit, and buying timeframes.
- Act as the first point of contact for existing low-spend clients, building relationships and spotting growth opportunities.
- Book high‐quality meetings and hand qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track pipeline activity.
- Meet KPIs for outreach, lead quality, and appointment setting.
- Stay compliant with ISMS and ISO 27001 processes.

- Confident communication and relationship‐building skills.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive, organised approach.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and think on your feet.
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally MSP or enterprise IT.
