Ready to take full ownership of a business‐critical D365 Supply Chain platform? This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape the stability, performance, and future direction of a complex, high‐availability D365 F&SCM estate used across a major enterprise.

What You’ll Own

• Act as the go‐to technical authority for all things D365 SCM
• Lead incident, problem, and major escalation management
• Drive technical governance across managed service and delivery partners
• Oversee releases, upgrades, quality updates, and environment readiness
• Ensure stability across Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Planning
• Manage Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid, etc.)
• Uphold SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
• Champion continuous improvement and platform resilience

What You Bring

• Strong hands‐on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM
• Background in SaaS/PaaS platform support
• Experience leading technical teams and third‐party suppliers
• Solid understanding of Azure‐based integrations
• Confident communicator who thrives in enterprise environments
