What You’ll Drive

• Act as the technical authority for all things D365 SCM
• Own incident, problem, and major escalation management
• Lead governance across managed service and delivery partners
• Oversee releases, upgrades, and environment readiness
• Ensure stability across Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Planning
• Manage Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid and more)
• Uphold SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
• Champion continuous improvement, resilience, and performance

What You Bring

• Strong hands‐on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM
• Background supporting SaaS/PaaS platforms
• Experience leading technical teams and third‐party suppliers
• Solid understanding of Azure-based integrations
• A confident communicator who thrives in enterprise-scale environments
