Build secure, high-performance Back End systems powering AI-driven healthcare operations. You'll design infrastructure for Real Time task execution, observability, and integrations with complex systems, working closely with product and AI teams.

The Role
Build secure, high-performance Back End systems powering AI-driven healthcare operations. You'll design infrastructure for Real Time task execution, observability, and integrations with complex systems, working closely with product and AI teams.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in Back End or full-stack engineering
- Experience with Python frameworks (eg FastAPI, Django, Flask)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and task orchestration
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and authentication systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments
- Mission-driven work with real-world impact
- Early-stage role with strong ownership
