The RoleWorking as part of a modern Platform Engineering function, you'll help create a frictionless developer experience through automation, self-service tooling, and cloud-native best practices.You'll be responsible for:Building and enhancing Internal Developer Platform (IDP) capabilitiesDeveloping and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflowsManaging and optimising Kubernetes environmentsImplementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AnsibleDriving GitOps practices and platform standardisationImproving platform reliability, security, scalability and cost effectivenessCreating "golden paths" that reduce developer cognitive load and accelerate deliveryCollaborating with Engineering, Security and SRE teams to improve operational excellenceChampioning modern engineering practices including observability, automation and resilience engineeringExperience Required: At least 4 years' experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure rolesStrong Kubernetes knowledge in production environmentsHands-on experience with Azure cloud technologiesTerraform and Infrastructure as Code expertiseExperience building and supporting scalable distributed systemsStrong CI/CD and automation experienceExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsA collaborative mindset with strong communication skillsExperience working within fast-paced engineering teams or technology organisations Why Apply This is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on how engineering teams build, test and deploy software.
