Business Operations Manager

West London | Up to £40,000 Bonus | Hybrid Fridays

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading independent Telecoms & IT provider with strong industry ties and a solid market reputation.

They’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to support leadership in driving performance, improving service delivery, and ensuring customer contracts and SLAs are met.

Key Duties:

• KPI reporting and performance analysis
• Reviewing contracts and managing SLAs
• Driving process improvements
• Stakeholder engagement and customer meetings
• Advanced Excel reporting and data handling

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Charismatic communicator able to influence stakeholders
• Contract/SLA or legal review experience preferred
• Confident with Excel (advanced level)
• Experience in telecoms or IT (desirable)

Monday to Friday role | Hybrid Fridays | Up to £40K discretionary bonus
