Data Analyst

Our client is seeking a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join their head office team in Frimley, reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data to uncover insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Reporting:

Produce business KPI reports and weekly network performance updates

Generate monthly business performance reports for senior stakeholders

Business Analysis:

Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests

Perform SQL data mining and data manipulation

Support business forecasting and modelling initiatives

Marketing Support:

Prepare contact lists for SMS and email campaigns

Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations

Site Support:

Conduct site location analysis and customer heat mapping

Develop location leaderboards

Perform ad-hoc potential site analysis

Key Skills:

Advanced Excel skills

Strong numerical and analytical ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset

Good planning and organisational skills

Energetic, enthusiastic, and collaborative

Desirable Skills (not essential):

SQL data mining knowledge

Power BI, Tableau, or Python experience

Understanding of AI
