Graduate Systems & Data Administrator
As a Graduate Systems & Data Administrator, you will support the testing, maintenance, and improvement of internal systems, processes, and reporting functions. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, supporting automation projects, and contributing to key business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with testing letter templates, processes, software updates, and automated workflows
- Supporting regular reporting tasks, including data analysis and internal/external reporting
- Analysing processes and suggesting improvements or automation opportunities
- Monitoring data quality and resolving any inconsistencies or errors
- Supporting the development and maintenance of internal spreadsheets
- Assisting with large-scale projects, including pension-related initiatives such as GMP equalisation
- Performing basic calculations to validate system outputs
- Providing support with system maintenance tasks (e.g. password resets, report generation)
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and personal development activities
We are looking for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and develop their career in systems and data. You will have:
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills (including functions such as VLOOKUP and IF)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical thinking
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full training and ongoing support
