Service Coordinator

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join a busy and growing operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of planned and reactive service works, providing exceptional customer support and maintaining efficient coordination between clients, engineers, suppliers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities and schedules, liaising with customers, engineers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently.

Prepare and issue quotations, follow up opportunities and process associated documentation accurately.

Arrange the procurement of parts, materials and equipment required for planned service and maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of customer information, service activity and financial documentation using internal systems.

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, building strong long-term relationships.

Support day-to-day operational processes to ensure service requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Ensure high levels of accuracy in data entry, record keeping and administrative processes.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support wider business objectives where required.

Undertake additional administrative and operational duties to support the team as needed.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, administration or customer support role within a fast-paced environment.

You will possess:

Previous experience schduling enginners

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Confident IT skills and experience using business software and CRM systems.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high standards of service.
