Supplier Management Project Lead
Following their recent ISO 27001 certification, our client is looking for a Supplier Management Project Lead. You will be responsible for updating and implementing the supplier management policy across the business, to ensure that all legal and regulatory checks (to include FCA authorisations, confidentiality, KYC and modern slavery diligence) are complete, accurate supplier logs are maintained, and further reviews are carried out periodically as necessary and will require interaction and communication across the business and with a variety of stakeholders.
This is a 12 month FTC, salary £50k - £60 DOE
Primary responsibilities
- Initially this will require being involved in the end-to-end process, overseeing and providing guidance on the supplier management policy – which will include:
- Due Diligence and Supplier Onboarding
- Continuous Monitoring and Performance Scorecards
- Risk Assessment and Supplier Segmentation
- Data Management and Centralised Compliance Records
- Monthly MI and reporting
- Training and education across both the business and suppliers
Qualifications / Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role and an understanding of ISO 27001
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Time management and able to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Stakeholder management, internally at all levels and externally
- Proficient IT skills
The Candidate
- Experience of a financial services background
- Understanding of AI technologies and their use in improving business processes
