Role Overview

We are hiring a STEM Subject Matter Expert to evaluate, write, and review AI-generated content in math, science, engineering, or computer science. The role demands deep technical expertise and the patience to apply detailed guidelines that improve next-generation AI models.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs in your STEM domain for accuracy and rigor

- Write reference solutions, explanations, and worked examples

- Identify subtle errors in mathematical, scientific, or technical reasoning

- Provide structured feedback that improves future model training rounds

- Flag edge cases and ambiguities to the annotation lead

- Maintain consistency, throughput, and quality benchmarks

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a STEM field, or equivalent professional experience

- Deep expertise in at least one STEM area (math, physics, biology, chemistry, CS, engineering)

- Excellent written English and ability to explain reasoning step-by-step

- Comfort with structured guidelines and applying them consistently

- Familiarity with LaTeX, Markdown, or technical writing tools

- Self-directed; able to work independently on quota-driven projects
