We are looking for a Digital and Transformation Lead for Operations. You will work with clinical and operational teams within the Primary Care Network (PCN) to create a vision that guides service improvements, identifies opportunities for tangible positive digital transformation, and leads project delivery to provide the inspiration, resources, and tools to deliver changes collaboratively. xkybehq

Experience in the health sector is desirable.
