Technology Adoption & Engagement Coordinator

Southern Housing are looking for a Technology Adoption & Engagement Coordinator. Were looking for someonewho is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and driving the successful adoption of new technologies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple business areas, giving you broad exposure and the chance to make a real difference. Youll collaborate with teams to design and deliver engaging learning materials that empower colleagues to embrace change with confidence.

Key aspects of the role are detailed below:

  • Fostering user engagement, and driving the successful adoption of new systems, upgrades, and changes.
  • Plan and produce clear and concise communications.
  • Organise workshops, presentations, and training sessions to demonstrate the value of technology tools in achieving business goals.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, videos, and instructional materials.
  • Excellent presentation skills

What you will have:

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across departments
  • Develop a basic understanding of key business processes and knowledge relating to core business systems
  • Planning, designing, and managing the creation and delivery of learning materials
  • Developing, maintaining, and delivering high quality training
  • Able to engage large audiences with clarity and confidence, bridging the gap between technical detail and general understanding.
  • The ability to plan and produce clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
