IT Support Analyst

An established technology-focused organisation is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its internal IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid Microsoft 365 support experience who also enjoys working with SharePoint, Power Automate and modern workplace technologies.

You'll be joining a collaborative team, providing day-to-day technical support while helping improve internal systems, automation and user experience.

The role

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users via Microsoft Teams, email and remote support tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Administer SharePoint, including permissions, security and compliance
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and process automation
  • Support Active Directory, Windows desktop and server environments
  • Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Maintain and update an internal WordPress website
  • Work with third-party suppliers to resolve technical and licensing issues
  • Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge articles
  • Ensure support tickets are managed within agreed SLAs
  • Contribute to ISO27001 compliant processes and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint Online
  • Experience creating or maintaining Power Automate workflows
  • Windows desktop and Windows Server support experience
  • Active Directory and PowerShell knowledge
  • Experience managing or maintaining WordPress websites
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive approach with strong troubleshooting ability

Desirable

  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar certifications
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience working within ISO27001 or similar security standards
